These are the Terms and Conditions for Skyward Mind. They are subject to change at any time. All sales are Final unless the product is incorrect or damaged. The official contact email address for the store is [email protected]


Shipping Policy

All Skyward Mind products are packed and shipped from either Los Angeles, California or Charlotte, North Carolina.

The location the product is shipped from depends on a number of factors such as product availability and stock in the warehouse and a number of other factors.

Please understand that it takes about 2-7 business days to create Apparel Products (T-Shirts, ETC) and 2-5 business days for Non-Apparel Products (Posters, ETC).


Estimated Shipping Delivery Times:

To get a general understanding of when to expect your order, you need to add your Shipping Time on top of the Product Creation Time.

97% percent of orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of all orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

If you order more than one product, they may be sent out in different shipments. We do try to minimize the number of packages shipped though.

Estimated Shipping Delivery Time for the USA: 3-5 business days

Your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering.


International shipping:

Currently Skyward Mind is only selling to the United States and is not providing service to other locations. This may possibly change in the future.


If your order never arrived:

If your order did not arrive, or you believe it was somehow mishandled or misplaced by the courier, you first need to reach out the courier responsible for delivering your package.

If the package tracking information states that it was delivered to you, but you claim that it was not delivered, you must contact me within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the expected delivery date. Situations like this will be handled on a Case By Case Basis. If you fail to make contact within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the expected delivery date, you completely forfeit any and all rights to a refund.

If your order’s shipping method does not have any tracking information or method applied to it, keep in mind that it still has an expected delivery date. You must contact me within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the expected delivery date and I will look into the matter. Situations like this will also be handled on a Case By Case Basis. If you fail to make contact within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the expected delivery date, you completely forfeit any and all rights to a refund.


Entered the Wrong Address when Ordering:

If you entered the wrong address when ordering, a refund will not be issued to you.

Be sure to check your Shipping Confirmation and make sure that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, I’ll be happy to send you another order to the correct address, but it will have to be at your expense.

Received an Incorrect Order:

If you received an incorrect item that you did not order, please contact me at [email protected] within 7 BUSINESS DAYS.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

All sales are Final unless the product is incorrect or damaged. 

Damaged Items:
The last thing I want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with me within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery at [email protected]If you fail to make contact within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of the delivery date, you completely forfeit any and all rights to a refund.

Wrong Size Ordered:
If you ordered the wrong size, a refund will not be issued to you.

Wrong Size Delivered:
If you ordered a specific size but received something different instead, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabeled. Contact me at [email protected] within 7 BUSINESS DAYS, and I’ll tell you what your next steps are. Be sure to note your Order Number when contacting me.

 


DISCLAIMER ABOUT DIRECT TO GARMENT PRINTING

There’s a chance you might see some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel when it arrives. Do not worry! This is a special solution used in the printing process and can sometimes leave marks during the drying process. These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Besides, it’s always a good idea to wash new clothes before wearing them anyways.

The apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, the inks used are water based and eco-friendly inks. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable!


DISCLAIMER ABOUT ALL-OVER PRINTING (SUBLIMATION)

In sublimation printing, graphics may shift up to 2 inches when the product is printed. Also, white streaks/creasing cannot be avoided in the sublimation process. These marks will typically occur under the arms or near stitching areas like sides, collars, shoulders, etc.

Some of the sublimation products offered may be Cut and Sew Products that are printed piece by piece and assembled afterward. It is a possibility that these streaks may still occur even in this style of product.


DISCLAIMER ABOUT FABRIC BLEND

DTG Printing can be used on a variety of products. For a printed design to have the most opaque look, be sure to purchase a product that is 100% Cotton. It generally has a better result because of its tight weave.

But there are still exceptions to this. If the cotton fabric is too thick, it may absorb the ink and result in a more faded look.

Tri-blend fabrics and poly-blend fabrics have a looser weave to them. When printed on with DTG printing, they will typically have a more faded/vintage look. Keep this in mind when purchasing as it may be a cool effect, but may not be ideal if you want a more opaque design.


WASHING YOUR PRINTED GARMENTS

The inks used for Direct To Garment Printing are different from the inks used in Screen Printing. Since most of the printed products are produced by Direct To Garment Printing, and they are sourced from a number of different manufacturers, it’s important to keep in mind that the original manufacturer’s care instructions do not take the DTG printing process into consideration.

Be wary of high temperatures when washing or drying, especially if the garment is 100% cotton. High temperatures can damage the print, fade and crack the print, or even shrink the garment.

The following are the suggested care instructions for DTG apparel:
Machine wash the garment with it turned inside out, on a gentle cycle using mild detergent. And be sure to wash it with similar colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when it’s absolutely necessary. Do not use fabric softeners. Tumble dry or hang dry the garments for longer life, and do not iron or dry clean the products ever.

The following are the suggested care instructions for Sublimated apparel:
Sublimation apparel should be washed with like colors as polyester fabric may make colors run. High temperatures should be avoided if possible because they always run the possibility of shrinking the fabric.
